Almond Flour Baked Donuts

I knew that any diet I committed to would not be sustainable if I had to cut out sweets entirely. So, instead what I did was find healthy alternatives to some of my favorite indulges. Top these donuts off with some ground cinnamon and coconut sugar and your craving will surely be curbed!

Ready in 30 minutes

Serves 6-8 donuts


  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • Sprinkle cinnamon

  • Coconut oil, for greasing


  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees

  2. Grease your donut pans with coconut oil

  3. In a medium size mixing bowl, mix together almond flour, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda and cinnamon until well combined.

  4. Transfer mixture to donut pan, filling about ½ way

  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Make sure they are cooked through by taking a toothpick to the middle and it removes clean

  6. Keep in fridge for 3-4 days

  7. Enjoy!


Be sure not to overcook, it will dry them out!
