Ready in 10 minutes
Serves 6 slices
6 slices whole grain bread (you can also use Ezekiel bread)
1 ripe banana
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
Coconut oil, for greasing
In a food processor, blend together banana, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla
Heat small saucepan over low-medium heat and grease with coconut oil
Dip one slice of bread into banana mixture and cook on each side until preferred color; repeat with each slice.
Serve with sliced bananas and maple syrup, and enjoy!
