Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup oat flour
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup unsalted sunflower seeds
¼ cup ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 large banana, mashed
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp oat milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Combine oats, oat flour, fried cranberries, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, baking powder & salt, to a large mixing bowl
Stir in mashed banana, coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond milk until well combined. Let rest for 5-6 minutes
Scoop out ¼ cup measurements on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 16-18 minutes and enjoy!
