Roasted Sweet Potatoes

This simple side dish will soon become a go-to, when you're stumped on what to pair your dishes with!

Ready in 25 minutes

Serves 2 people


  • 200 g sweet potato, cubed

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 tbsp italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients

  3. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with silicone pads/parchment paper. Be sure that the pieces are not touching each other, in order for it all to be evenly cooked.

  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, and enjoy!
