Ingredients
200 g sweet potato, cubed
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with silicone pads/parchment paper. Be sure that the pieces are not touching each other, in order for it all to be evenly cooked.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, and enjoy!
