Sesame Avocado Spring Rolls

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 6 spring rolls


  • 6 rice spring roll papers

  • ¼ head green cabbage

  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 2 carrots, shredded

  • 1 cucumber shredded

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • 1 ½ tbsp light tamari

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp chilli pasta

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger


  1. In a small mixing bowl, place sesame seeds. Dip sliced avocado into the bowl to coat fully with seeds.

  2. Dip one sheet of rice paper in warm water, about 3-5 seconds, until paper becomes moistened. Lay wrapper on your workstation

  3. Start filling your rice paper; cabbage first, then pile the cabbage with carrots, cucumber and lastly avocado.

  4. Fold the bottom of the paper over the avocado, then fold the uncovered sides inward as you begin to tightly roll the wrapper all the way up, repeat process.

  5. For the dipping sauce, in a small bowl combine the peanut butter, tamari, honey, lime juice, chili and ginger. Serve and enjoy!
